After-Training Mentorship Support Plan

  1. Objectives of Mentorship Support

Continued Learning: Timeterest will Provide ongoing education and skill development of various digital skills which include the following below;

  1. Social Media Management: Helping businesses build and maintain their online presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  2. Graphic Design: Creating logos, social media graphics, marketing materials, and more using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  3. Content Writing/Copywriting: Writing blog posts, website content, marketing copy, or product descriptions for businesses or freelancers.
  4. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimizing websites to improve their visibility on search engines, which can be a valuable service for businesses.
  5. Web Development: Building and maintaining websites using platforms like WordPress, or coding from scratch with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  6. Online Teaching/Tutoring: Leveraging expertise in a subject area to teach others via online platforms like Zoom, or creating courses on sites like Udemy or Teachable.
  7. Virtual Assistance: Offering administrative support to businesses or entrepreneurs, including managing emails, scheduling, or data entry.
  8. Digital Marketing: Implementing online marketing strategies such as email campaigns, pay-per-click advertising, or influencer partnerships.
  9. E-commerce Management: Starting or managing online stores through platforms like Shopify or Etsy, including product sourcing and customer service.

Supportive Community: Timeterest will create a network of students,  a forum to peer students of same interest of digital skills and mentors for sharing experiences and resources.

  1. Mentorship Structure

Duration: 3 to 6 Months Post-Training 

Format: Hybrid (In-person meetups, online sessions, group chats)

  2. Group Mentorship Sessions

– Frequency: Bi-weekly (every two weeks)

– Format: Online group video calls (e.g., Zoom) for 60-90 minutes.

– Content:

  -Topics: We will address common challenges, share successes, and discuss case studies related to drop servicing and related digital skills

  -Q&A Sessions: Open floor for questions and coaching on specific issues students are facing.

Platform: Timeterest will onboard student to dedicated social networking platform design for prospective freelancers with lots of opportunities for further skills development and monetization.

– Content:

  – Peer Support: This will enable students to ask questions and share updates from their skills acquisition and drop servicing journey.

  – Resource Sharing: This will be like a library of training resources with articles, tools, and additional training materials.

  – Job Opportunities: We will have a space for posting freelance job opportunities or finding Drop Servicing suppliers.

  – At three months, Timeterest will conduct a survey to gather feedback on the mentorship program, focusing on what’s working and what can be improved.

– Final Feedback Session:

  – At the end of six months, hold a recap session where students can share their progress, lessons learned, and provide overall feedback on the training and mentoring experience.
